Open Homes

Every application is cross-checked against national tenancy databases, with payslips and references fully verified, including confirmation that private landlords actually exist. We also take the time to explain tenants’ rights and responsibilities clearly from day one.

Condition Reports

Every property deserves a thorough record that accurately reflects its condition – and that’s exactly what our detailed reports are designed to deliver.
Using advanced software and 360-degree cameras, we document every detail – from inside ovens, to checking the state of each and every lightbulb. That can mean 500 to 2,000 photos and notes depending on the property, in order to capture a complete visual and written record and to have every corner covered from the start.
