Rent collection

With Cheers Realty, you will benefit from the services of a staff member devoted to following up on your rental return collection. This is done on a daily basis to prevent any incidence of rental arrears. We also make sure that it is easy for our tenants to pay their rent; we are now accepting bank transfers, cash deposits and also credit card payments. Our organisation has teamed up with Macquarie Bank of Australia to further improve our rental payment system. 

Maintenance

Here at Cheers Realty, we offer you the services of a dedicated team of professionals. We will organise all aspects of property maintenance on your behalf and work according to your interests. For example, we think twice before suggesting any repairs (making sure that they are fully necessitated). We have established an excellent database of reliable plumbers, electricians, handymen, and other professionals. These providers are 100% reliable and deliver their services at a fair price.

Reports

Before tenants move in, we carry out a thorough entry condition inspection/report which includes numerous photos depicting every single corner of the property. We utilise modern software and mobile applications to make our entry report highly efficient and user-friendly. At the end of the tenancy we carry out an exit condition inspection/report and compare the vacating condition with the entry condition. We ensure tenants have organised and completed a full bond clean (including carpet shampooing) and have remedied any damages incurred during the letting period.

Lease renewals

We always do our best to retain good, long-term tenants for our clients. Our policy is to start the lease renewal discussion early to allow sufficient time for market appraisal, negotiations and paperwork.
