Rent collection

With Cheers Realty, you will benefit from the services of a staff member devoted to following up on your rental return collection. This is done on a daily basis to prevent any incidence of rental arrears. We also make sure that it is easy for our tenants to pay their rent; we are now accepting bank transfers, cash deposits and also credit card payments. Our organisation has teamed up with Macquarie Bank of Australia to further improve our rental payment system.

At the end of the tenancy we carry out an exit condition inspection/report and compare the vacating condition with the entry condition. We ensure tenants have organised and completed a full bond clean (including carpet shampooing) and have remedied any damages incurred during the letting period.
